Happy 15th Birthday Richie !

Richie’s birthday coincided with the first day of his year-end exams, so he wasn’t really in the mood to celebrate. We decided to keep it simple with a quick dinner at Pizza Hut in the neighborhood and plan a proper celebration after his exams.

Over the past few weeks, Richie has shown a remarkable change in his attitude toward studying. He’s been working hard to prepare for his exams, and no matter the results, Mama and Papa will always be proud of him and love him for who he is.

What matters most is his positive attitude toward learning, as it will shape how he faces future challenges.

We celebrate his birthday on Sunday as his birthday fall on Saturday and we had something on.

We had lunch at Yakiniku like ! his request and bought jelly heart cheese cake.

Congratulation Richie, you are now officially a teenager.

Mama and papa love you so much, we don't expect you to be the top in academics but always put God first in everything you do, love God more than anything in this world.

We know you have a desire to be a soccer player, we don't know what the future holds but whatever it is work hard, study hard, play hard and pray hard.

We had an ice cream supper on his actual birthday at Ice Bar while papa gave a birthday speech to Richie to congratulate and remind him what to do next.

And we had family celebration on Sunday with our relatives and parents to celebrate his and opa Tjwan birthday at Hai di lao.

This is his last year in primary school as well pre-teen years. As we are preparing for his final exam, we didn't really celebrate in fancy way.

We had a simple dinner at Yakiniku Like and had a cake at home. 

He has matured in terms of physically and mentally, more responsible eventhough games is still his priority over study.

Happy 11th Birthday Richie !

 Last Wednesday was his born day. He's now in pre-teen phase.

We didn't really have any wow celebration and kept it simple.

We celebrated at home and had simple dinner at McDonald as his request. Then on Sunday, he had 3 hours time with Max and Sam at Nerf Arena.

Happy 10th Birthday !

Time flies very fast.
Now's Richie's in pre-teen age. Mama and papa proud of him.
Eventhough he's still 10 years old, he is able to take responsibility to take care his brothers while mama and papa need to do something outside.

He may not be an academic person, but he's very social person which mama and papa believe that's more crucial life skills.
Mama and papa are hoping for the best for Richie, may his soul is always pure and kind and fear of God.
Let Holy Spirit always be with him, guide every path he takes, and he grows more in wisdom and love of God.

We celebrate his birthday twice.
First, pre-birthday, which was a day before and redeeming his sushi plates for S$1 then on his actual born-day we celebrated it with our family and relatives.

While we were in Jakarta, we also celebrated Opa Jerry, Opa Tjwan and Richie's birthday.
We celebrated it at Laguna Seafood Restaurant and mama bought macaron tower as birthday cake.
