As for body parts, Richie can point eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth, teeth, tongue, ears, cheek, chin, hair, head, hand, finger, shoulder, elbow, belly button, wrist, knee, toe, tummy, tit tit (penis)

Mommy singing nursery rhymes, Richie trying to follow with signing

There are 4 songs that Mommy sings and Richie's trying to follow with signing
1. Ba Ba Black sheeps
Richie's just moving his body and clapping when mommy said the little boy in the end of the song
2. Twinkle twinkle little starts
Even though he could open and close his hand when mommy said twinkle twinkle, sometimes he just doesn't want to do it hehe...but he could say are....when mommy end the song "..how I wonder what you are"
Btw, this is one of his lullaby song, that's why he's familiar with this song
3. Itsy Bitsy Spider
When mommy said itsy bitsy spider, his hand is placed in his head, 'cos mommy likes to show him how spider climbing up into his body until head haha...
then when mommy said down came the rain and washed the spider out, he will put the hand like wiper, meaning washed the spider out
mommy said out came the sun and dry up all the rain, his hand will open and up (but not so clear)
the last one, repeat again itsy bitsy spider went out the spout again, he will put his hand on his head again hehe...
4. Head shoulder knees toes
He managed to point knees, eyes, ears, mouth, nose (sometimes he can point head depends on his mood)

There are four body parts that he could recognize now even though sometimes he doesn't want to point if mommy asks.
So mommy sings head - shoulder - knees - toes and asks him to point.
The funny part, when mommy says mouth, he put his hand into his mouth and make the funny sound
hahaha...so cute...

Learning reading in progress

Richie has been intensively learning reading everyday.
So far he has learnt fruits, vegetables, body parts and close to him.
He's very interested in body parts though. 'Cos he's familiar with most of it like head, hair, fingers, ears, nose, eyes, mouth, teeth. Even though when mommy asks him to point, he seems don't bother, but mommy knows that he understands what it means.
When mommy using flashcards to ask him to point, he could point the right one.

The next subject that he is going to learn is animals.
Hopefully, he's also like it, 'cos he likes to watch and observe pets surrounding our blocks

Nursery Songs that help learning

Mommy now becomes the expert of nursery songs and almost never follow the new adult pop songs haha...
But mommy enjoys it and feels that nursery songs are another way to teach Richie some basic number, reading, mathematics even body parts and color.
That's why mommy memorizes some of favorite songs and always sing to him during bath time or play time
