3D Artist or Achitect

This year midterm school break we had no outdoor activity plan because mama just came back from holy land and she's very tired, thus we stay at home most of the time during a week holiday.

Richie suddenly surprised us with his intention to draw 3D pictures.
And he showed us his firs 3D illusion picture about staircase. Mama and papa were amazed and kept encouraging him to draw more.

He got this idea from youtube and copied some pictures from youtube.
Still, for 9 years old boy, it's really something that he can draw like that and has passion to draw.

We are really proud of him and his natural talent.

His Hidden Talents

During this school holiday activity, he suddenly amazed us when he draw pokemon from pokemon book comic.
It looks the same and it seems that he enjoying it too.

Learn shading and blending

This is another xmas which is making Merry Xmas letters
Mommy teaches him to do shading and blending color as well. At first, mommy gives an example of letter M with red orange yellow blending.
Then another three letters, E R R, mommy guides him and he colors everything by himself.

And the rest of letters, Y X M A S, he chooses his own shading.
Btw, Richie cuts all the letters too, and mommy just help to hang in with wooden peg and string into our window grill

coloring and tangram

Mommy bought this magic color book from bookshop, it's pretty cheap around S$3.90
It's mess and fuss free coloring book, only need to use brush and water and the color will appear

And since Richie likes to create something, mommy gives him tangram where he can makes everything he likes using this tangram

Little Artist (2 years 3 mos)

This is one of Richie's favorite activity, coloring....
He always asks mommy to give him crayons and picture to color. Even though he's not able to color neatly, but he puts some efforts to color it inside the line...

Drawing with crayon

Mommy has tried color pencil, twisted crayola, marker but all of them never attrack Richie to draw. So when the last resort is given which is crayon...Richie likes it, he can hold the crayon well and he's willing to draw it too.
Mommy's so happy...!

Scrabbling and doodling

Whenever mommy gave him pen and paper, he'll start scrabbling and doodling even though he couldn't hold the pen properly yet.
And what he draws ? it's just dots here and there hehe...
