Homemade popsicle (berries - banana - peach )

Richie loves fruits and ice cream, so instead of buying ice cream outside, mommy decides to make ice popsicle from his favourite fruits

Banana Cupcake


Ingredients

150 g margarine /butter
150 g sugar
175 g self raising flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilli essence
2 bananas

Panaskan oven, siapkan cetakan muffin 12 pcs beri kertas cup
Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam baskom mixer
Kocok dengan kecepatan sedang selama 5 menit
Setelah itu masukkan ke cetakan muffin yg sudah diberi kertas cup
Panggang dalam suhu 180 - 200 drjt sekitar 18 - 20 menit

Mie bakso sapi


Ingredients 

Organic spinach noodle
beef ball ( cut diced)
beef stock
cay sim (shredded)
fried shallot
salt and pepper

Boil the noodle until it's soft enough and set aside
Boil the beef stock, add beef ball, cay sim and season with salt and pepper
served warm with noodle and garnish with fried shallot

Home made fried rice


Ingredients

Rice
2 crabsticks (diced)
button mushroom (diced)
carrot and french beans (diced cut)
beaten egg
garlic
oil
salt, pepper, dark soy sauce and tomato ketchup

Boil diced carrot and french beans until it's soft enough.
Sautee garlic into hot oil, add crabsticks, mushroom, and pre-cooked carrot and french beans. Add beaten egg into it and mix it.
Add rice, and seasoning and mix it until it finely mixed and smells great
served warm

Home made fried noodle


Ingredients

yellow hokkien noodle
2 crabsticks (cut diced)
button mushroom (cut diced)
carrot and cauliflower (cut diced)
beaten egg
dark soy sauce
salt, pepper
garlic
oil

Boil carrot and cauliflower until soft enough and blanch yellow hokkien noodle for few minutes until it's soft
sautee the garlic with diced crabsticks, button mushroom, pre-cooked carrot and cauliflower and beaten egg.
Add noodle, soy sauce, seasoning until it's cooked and tasty
Served warm

Fried Spagetti in Face Shape


It's first trial mommy making so called bento for Richie.

Ingredients :
Spagetti angel hair
diced meat luncheon
broccoli
egg
carrot for garnish
Soya sauce, pepper, salt
cheese
oil

Boil the spagetti according to the packet instruction until it's soft.
Heat oil into the pan and add diced meat luncheon and broccoli and cook until it's soft, add the spagetti and soya sauce, pepper and salt for taste.
Meanwhile, makes egg and cheese omelette in the pan and after it's cool, roll it and cut thinly
Arrange them in the face shape liked

Winter melon fish soup

Preparation : 10 mins, Cooking Time : 10 mins
Provide : DHA, calcium, vitamin C, protein

Ingredients:
150g cod fish
100g winter melon, diced cut
1 tomato
half block of silken tofu, diced cut
1 clove of garlic
50g enoki mushroom/straw mushroom
salt and pepper for seasoning

Boil the water and add 1 clove of garlic.
When it's boiled, add winter melon, tomato, mushroom and tofu until they are soft. Winter melon will turn transparant when it's soft
Lastly, add the fish and season it with salt and pepper. Just cook for 45 seconds until the fish just nicely cooked

Salmon Carbonara Alphabet Pasta

Preparation time : 10 mins, Cooking time : 15 mins
Provides : carb, calcium, protein, omega3, folic acid, vitamin B and C
Suitable for freezing (sauce only)

Ingredients :
60g alphabet pasta
100g salmon (deboned, cut diced)
60g broccoli
60g luffa
60g shredded cheddar cheese
30g butter
120g milk
1 spoonful plain flour
salt and pepper for seasoning

Steam the broccoli and luffa, meanwhile melt the butter and cook the salmon until it's easy to flake.
Add the plain flour and milk and whisk together into the salmon until it's thick.
Add the steamed broccoli and luffa and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from the heat and add shredded cheddar cheese.
Boil the water and add alphabet pasta, cook it until it's soft but not soggy

Chicken Bolognaise Alphabet Pasta

Provides : protein, calcium, carb, beta carotene, vitamin A, C
Suitable for freezing (sauce only)

Ingredients :
60g alphabet pasta
60g tomato puree
2 tomatoes (skinned and remove the seed, finely chopped)
1 baby carrot ( finely chopped)
90g minced chicken
50g shredded cheddar cheese
30g butter
salt and pepper for seasoning

Steam the tomatoes and carrot until soft. Meanwhile, melt the butter and add the minced chicken and cook until it's soft and thoroughly cooked. Add tomato puree, and steamed tomato and carrot into the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and add the cheddar cheese.
Boil the water and add alphabet pasta and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve the pasta with sauce.

Misua Soup with Luffa

Preparation time : 10 mins, Cooking Time : 10 mins
Provides : Carb,  vitamin C, protein

Ingredients :
1 bundle of dry misua
1/2 luffa (cut diced)
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper for seasoning

Boil the water and add garlic, add the luffa and mix the egg into the soup. Season with salt and pepper.
Before served, add the misua for 1 minute to prevent turning soggy and serve with / without rice

Scramble Egg with mixed vegetable

Preparation : 10 mins, Cooking : 10 mins
Provides : protein, calcium, vitamin A, B and C

Ingredients :
90g frozen mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, corn, beans)
1 egg
30g cheddar cheese
30g butter
pepper for seasoning

Steam the mixed vegetable about 5 mins until it's thoroughly soft. Melt the butter and add the mixed vegetable and the egg. Stir them and add cheese and pepper.
Stir it until it's thoroughly cooked

Tofu Soup with Minced Pork

Preparing time : 10 mins, Cooking Time : 15 mins
Provides : protein, vitamin A, C

Ingredients :
100 g minced pork
60g straw mushroom
1 tomato
1 block silken tofu
2 chye sim
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Boil water and put the garlic in, when the water almost boiled, add minced pork and wait until thoroughly cooked. Add straw mushroom, tofu and tomato and cook until all are soft enough to chew.
Add the chye sim and cook for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Served with warm steamed rice
