First school trip to Cambodia (17 - 21 Nov 2024)

This was Richie’s first time traveling overseas without us. He joined his school’s trip to Cambodia, spending 5 days and 4 nights there.

It was a wonderful experience, especially meeting students from a local school in Cambodia. He also got to learn traditional dances, create local arts and crafts, and visit the genocide museum.

We sent him off at the airport early Sunday morning and welcomed him back on Thursday afternoon.

We thank God for His protection, provision, and for keeping Richie in good health throughout the trip.

I am Gifted Programme ( 27 Nov - 1 Dec 2023)

This week is a fruitful week for Richie. He attended the one week camp "I am gifted" by Adam Khoo.

It started from Monday, 27 November 2023 at 9 am and ended Friday 1 Dec 2023 at 10pm. It's not stay in programme but the programme is quite packed which is 12 hours every day.

However, Richie enjoyed it much, he was able to make new friends even use his power of influence. By the end of the course, he had so much clarity on what he's supposed to do, what's his priority in life, study technique and self motivation and self esteem.

He learnt that life is suck, what you are gonna do about it ? Don't take everything for granted and to love and respect parents because they love their kids and want to give the best to their kids.

Papa and mama attended the graduation ceremony and when Richie stood up and gave testimony and said sorry and thank you to us, it touched our heart so much that our happy tears were overflowing.

We saw he became so much mature than before. This is just a beginning and hopefully he improved on his study and became "life coach" to his siblings and friends.

He looked up to his coach, name Zaccheus who was just one year older than him but looked so much mature. He's catholic and altar server also.

Fast Furious Friday - Happy Children's Day !

We spent this year Children day by going to Johor Bahru for Go - kart experience. It's much cheaper than in Sentosa.

We left Singapore around 1.30pm and the traffic was pretty smooth, we spent 45 mins in customs and reach Park around 2.30pm.

The session itself took about 10 minutes and we did pairing.

Papa with Ted, Papa with Tromson and koko Richie drove alone. Mama couldn't drive as her left shoulder was injured so she took video and pictures.

It's very fun and we enjoyed it.

After that, we had early dinner at sushi house nearby, then we had grocery shopping before heading home.

Fun time at Wild Wild Wet

Sunday fun day, thanks to kids' godparents, we were able to have family fun day at Wild Wild Wet. The weather was perfect, cloudy and not too hot, it's not crowded and we could play all the water attractions.

Some are meant for adrenaline junkies like free fall and torpedo which mama avoided but papa and Tromson tried it.

We spent around 5 hours there and everyone had a great time together.

We closed the day with dining at ramen, perfect for cold night.

Family Fun Day - Happy Diwali

It's a family time. We did bowling, foosball, lunch at KFC and papa and kids continued with laser quest.

Fruitful long weekend

This is another best holiday since we resume to normal life. We had family time and it seems that everyday is a productive day.

Our family time is teaching our boys some life skills like darting, billiards and car washing. They were so excited to try and learn something new.

Thanks God for this quality time we had as couple and family, we felt the love during this long weekend.

Yacht to nowhere

This March school holiday we have no plan except going for a swim and visiting yacht and Ola beach on Friday.

Mama brought the kids to Raffles Marina as we were invited for mama's friend's birthday party there. The kids were swimming happily in the pool then after that followed mama to see different type of yachts.

Quite an experience for them !
